Fully agree with you! It removes the "person cult" that can be dangerous (see Germany --> Wagenknecht or USA --> Trump). An even better element is the "Konkordanz" which requires the Politicans to act as the Bundesrat (Federal Council) and not as a representative of their party. This reduces the blind party line policies
