KommitBridge v1.2 Merged — MED-3 Fix
Just merged KommitBridge v1.2 — patching MED-3 from our audit.
Slash remainder now lands directly in the operator credit ledger, not just the pool balance.
Design:
→ period-based admin call
→ equal split distribution
→ try/catch so a bad node never reverts a valid slash
