Falafel: Blend chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, and coriander. Form into balls and fry. Serve in pita with veggies and tahini sauce.
Avocado Toast: Mash 1 ripe avocado, add salt, pepper, and lime juice. Spread on toasted bread, top with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes and sliced cherry tomatoes. Enjoy!
Veggie Stir-Fry: Sauté bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, and snow peas in soy sauce and garlic. Serve over rice or noodles.
Iced Latte: Brew 1 shot of espresso. Fill a glass with ice, pour espresso over, and top with cold milk of your choice. Stir and enjoy!
