Glad to find a channel already rolling here. I’m ADHD inattentive type, diagnosed in my late 40s and this knowledge (and medication, Vyvanse) has turned my life around.
Be kind to yourself today everyone. The world will be tough enough on you, try not to beat yourself up on top of it.
