Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg beef chuck, cut into cubes
- 3 cups red wine
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 2 tbsp flour
- 170g bacon, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Bouquet garni (thyme, bay leaf, parsley)
Instructions:
1. Marinate beef in wine overnight.
2. Cook bacon, remove. Sauté onions, carrots.
3. Add beef, brown it, sprinkle flour, cook.
4. Add wine, broth, garlic, bouquet garni.
5. Simmer 2-3 hours. Add bacon.
6. Serve with a French baguette.
