At Blockchain Life 2025 in Dubai, Telegram’s founder briefly mentioned Telegram Gifts before unveiling Cocoon, a decentralized network for running AI models with full privacy protection.
After failed talks with xAI and Grok, Durov seems to have chosen to build his own path. He believes Telegram is the best platform for mini apps and decentralized AI, capable of serving over one billion users.
