i believe there’s a lack of design thinking in crypto design thinking starts with the “understand” phase, where experts conduct research to evaluate the places of need then the problem is defined, and the ideation ↻ iteration process begins design thinking means implementing designers & researchers at the *beginning* of the process, not just inviting designers to wrap things up in a pretty bow at the end this process has lead industry leaders like Apple & Google to such ubiquitous success, but it feels like the crypto space isn’t fully bought-in to this concept thoughts?
