Another usual productive friday at @balajis.eth Network School 🧪 in these 4 months I kept asking: how do we solve the cold start problem for Startup Societies? → not more spectators. → not just grants. → but sovereign residencies with proof-of-work. built the Vault Residency Protocol 🏛️ a primitive to align ecosystems, builders, and societies. aka: sovereignty as a service. 📖 github.com/leomanfree/vault-residency-protocol NS taught me to build in public even if I’ll always have an esoteric core ✴︎ DM if you wanna launch a Vault or explore NS from the inside.

Warpcast is being rebranded to Farcaster 1. Mobile app will be called Farcaster 2. The Arch logo will return 3. Website will move from warpcast.com to farcaster.xyz. 4. All links will be backwards compatible. No action needed. Will roll out this week or next, depending on app store reviews.

The experiment is still moving. The commitment is on a monthly basis, but they are working toward long-term residency with proper apartments and incentives. Really cool! By the way, it would be cool to talk about it on your podcast... People outside don’t really know what is happening here, lol.

Totally fair. I see it less as predictive prophecy and more as a visible signal of where network gravity is pooling — especially when status aligns with the symbolic logic of the conclave. Of course, the graph itself changes depending on which data you map and how you slice the structure. A bit like Chinese generals consulting the I Ching — not for prediction, but for reading the invisible field before acting.
