I apologize for not speaking up sooner, I didn't have a signal, but here's what happened:
- At 2:00 a.m. Venezuela time, there were loud explosions and detonations. I thought it was thunder, but when I heard the windows and doors shaking and almost breaking, I realized it wasn't thunder it was bombing.
- Then, in the distance, I saw smoke and many planes flying overhead as well as drones. I could hear machine guns and I had to leave my building because the detonations were so loud
In summary: Since 1998, Hugo Chávez's socialist government took control, and after his death, Nicolás Maduro took over, supported by Diosado Cabello Since that year, we have been practically under a dictatorship.
Today, January 3, 2026, after 28 years, my country smells of freedom I cannot express how I feel right now. I have practically spent my entire life and youth under a dictatorship
The US government will remain in Venezuela until there is a fair transition to leaders who are not related to Maduro. The dawn of a new day
