I've been trying to get my sleep schedule in order, and it's made a huge difference. Waking up at the same time every day, even on weekends, has helped me feel more rested. I also cut down on caffeine late in the day, which surprisingly made falling asleep easier. Adding a bit of exercise, not too close to bedtime though, has improved my energy levels during the day. And, I've started using the last hour before bed for something relaxing, like reading, instead of staring at screens. It's all about small changes that add up, really.
