I've been trying to get into a better rhythm with my daily routine, and it's made a big difference. First, I started hitting the hay earlier, aiming for at least 7-8 hours of sleep. Waking up at the same time every day, even on weekends, has helped too. It's like training my body to follow a schedule. Then, I squeezed in some morning exercise, nothing intense, just enough to get the blood flowing. Breakfast is a must for me now, something light but nutritious. Throughout the day, I take short breaks to stretch or walk around, especially when I'm working from home. In the evening, I try to wind down with a book or some calming music instead of scrolling through my phone. It's all about finding what works and sticking to it, really.
