if you’re planning to visit goa, be sure to check out little vagator beach. the face of shiva is one of the most famous landmarks in north goa, carved into the rock by an unknown artist. the sculpture is half submerged in water, so not everyone can find it, and it’s not always visible. we only found it on our second try. as a reference point, it’s located at the very end of the beach near a restaurant.

i've been away from farcaster for a long time because i started training to become a web developer. what can i say — learning something new has always been interesting for me but honestly, sometimes i feel like a complete moron because i can read the same text five times and still not understand it, and i just want to bang my head against the keyboard

i don't often cook breakfast, but i recently came across an interesting recipe and decided to try it — i really liked it, so i wanted to share it with you. airy omelette with shrimp and spinach - take 3 eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. - add a little salt to the whites and beat them with a whisk until fluffy. - heat vegetable oil in a frying pan (the frying pan should be oven-safe), pour in the yolks, put spinach on top about 30-50 g, shrimp and processed cheese 20-30 g. (i eyeballed the amounts) - next, add the fluffy egg whites on top and place the skillet in the oven at 180°C until a golden crust forms - remove the omelette from the oven, carefully cut it into portions and decorate with microgreens

today, i want to share recipe for pork in sweet and sour sauce (you can also use chicken instead of pork). in this dish, the meat turns out tender on the inside with a delicious, slightly semi-crispy crust. cut 500 g pork into 2 cm cubes roll the pork in corn starch and then fry in a large amount of vegetable oil (like deep-frying) until golden brown to prepare the sweet and sour sauce: combine 3 tbsp rice vinegar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp tomato paste and 3 tbsp sugar, mix thoroughly. heat the frying pan, add a little oil and add all the meat and immediately pour everything with sauce. mix thoroughly and fry over medium heat until fully cooked. also when frying pork at the end with the sauce you can add vegetables to your taste (carrots, bell peppers, pineapple)

if you're planning a trip to Thailand, i highly recommend visiting koh Samui! i’ve been to island three times and stayed there from two to six months each time. if you don’t enjoy loud nightlife, risque thai shows, and endless tourist shops, then Samui is definitely the right place for you. you can fly to koh samui from bangkok or phuket. there’s just one airline that operates flights to the island, but the good thing is that the flights are short and very frequent. i can honestly say I would love to go back again!

sometimes i might disappear from warpcast for a little while. i’m trying to fix that and do casts every day, but unfortunately, i don’t always manage to do it. maybe i’m a bit lazy, or just not in the mood, or maybe the planets are in the wrong phase — i honestly don’t know. today, i want to share a little about my travels (just need to figure out how to phrase it properly).

the sunset for me is a time for reflection and tranquility, as the day comes to an end and the world is filled with soft light. such a sight can remind us of the importance of preserving nature and its inhabitants
