Hopefully there's also someone building a sound IT/Devops side of the business.
Its amazing to me when I see M&A's into places I work that operate with such little security practice in place.
MFA requirements, automated onboarding/offboarding, secret management, etc.
It's great to hire people who make products/company money but IT/Devops is easy to neglect & easy to get pwned later with tech debt.
