The main issue with that is also that sybils would rather hit 'low hanging fruit criterion' by not locking up liquidity, and still qualifying for some $ZRO

Then they’ll replicate it across hundreds of wallets, which ends up VASTLY outclassing organic users with just 3-5 wallets that have been backing LayerZero since the beginning, with no significant 'time-weighted' benefit.

One has to wonder: Did Wormhole announce their snapshot because I increasingly tweeted about the benefits of a vampire attack, or was it their plan all along? I personally don't think I'm significant enough for a project of that size to change its trajectory? Who knows Study it. And replicate it across other projects
