It reminds me of a scene from a coming-of-age film when I think back to my first dance experience: a high school gym a hive of activity during talent show tryouts. Despite my lack of dance experience, my best friend Lily persuaded me to participate. We developed a routine under her direction, and I discovered that dancing was fun.
