I'm very bullish on https://mnstr.xyz/gacha/starter/ so I'm going to break down the strategy for everyone: The Game - On Monster you pay $75 to pull a random card. The expected value of this pull is ~90% of the what you pay to pull (90% of $75). - After you pull a card you can opt to either have it physically delivered to you OR you can sell it back at 100% of its fair value getting all your money back - You get points for both buying and selling the cards The Token - In the future, my assumption is the points will convert to a token representing ownership of the collection of cards. - I'm bullish on this future token because you effectively own 1) the cards in the collection and 2) the revenue generated from dacha game The Strategy - I think it's a very good risk / reward to farm this because you are effectively buying the future token for at worst 10% of the money you are putting. - The key is to make sure you play multiple times so that your expected value evens out. let's say you play the $75, 10 times. Since it's 90% EV, after 10 draws on average you will have $67 left (but expect some variance in between). You will be down by ~$10 but you'll also have points! - As long as eventual value of those points = greater than $10, you win!
