Crazy stat! the chart clearly accelerates during the COVID years.
I was lucky to buy my first place at 27 because a close friend was a mortgage broker.
Younger generations don’t feel the same urgency to settle, and the mortgage process has always been so cumbersome that many don’t know where to look.
