This is cool idea, I read about it long ago when I was part of cityDAO,
I don’t like Arizona tho, maybe not doable in NYC but maybe in the Catskills area, this could be cool.
My friends have a place up there and it changed a lot during covid, tons of Brooklynites moved to the area! That could be a great area to try this. Just 2 hours north of the city.
