JetKing Infotrain Ltd - has formally announced that it intends to raise capital to expand its Bitcoin Treasury Operations.
This makes it the first company listed on India’s Bombay Stock Exchange to join global listed Cos and States to at $BTC to their reserves.
The proposed pref share valuation is ~60% higher than what their stock trades on the exchange.🤌🐂
