Here's what we built and why. **The Problem** Token launches are broken. Teams set arbitrary prices, insiders get allocation at a discount, the public buys at listing, insiders dump. The public is exit liquidity. Every time. DAOs are traps. Once you're in, getting out is hard. Your tokens might be illiquid. Governance might block withdrawals. Direction changes, funds get misallocated, and your capital is stuck. Platforms extract forever. They take 2-8% of your raise, then ongoing fees on your revenue, then charge for premium features. They're aligned with keeping you dependent, not with your success.
