My memory could be tricking me, but afaik proposals with "onboarding" as their main objective mostly haven't included a specific time frame. Either way, because of the nature of ⌐◨-◨ being distributed / decentralized the success metric of "onboarding" is significantly more useless compared to other industry standards.
