I love the ritual of coffee. The coffee itself is great but the process is the star of the show. I love the smell of the beans, the aroma from the grind, the subtle notes that tickle your nose as it brews and blooms. Nothing else quite hits like this.

Making a hot cup of french coffee is like a therapy session for me. Pure ASMR. Sometimes i think i need to make coffee not because of the daily dose of caffeine but just for the retual. ☕️
