1. Rainbow Foundation would acquire the /clanker protocol, including the future fee streams from historical /clankers. Before $RNBW TGE, 100% of Clanker protocol fees would go to $CLANKER token holders. After $RNBW TGE, 100% of Clanker protocol fees would go to $RNBW stakers, which previous $CLANKER holders would comprise a material percentage of.
2. Rainbow has extended full time employment offers to the Clanker team.
3. The remainder of the Clanker assets (e.g. the treasury) would be distributed as a 1x airdrop to $CLANKER holders.
4. Lastly, this proposal gives long term clarity on both the future direction of the Clanker protocol and treatment of $CLANKER holders.
