At some point, the wrench attack potential has got to give you pause when you’re carrying it with you *everywhere* you go?

I guess you could just uninstall the app and only have it in iCloud only, but for me, I’d be freaked out the iCloud recovery would not work some day for some reason

I think phone EOA with iCloud back up is unironically more secure than this

Tbf, it’s not intended for onboarding. It’s a downstream place once you have a software wallet and you’ve stacked some money and wonder to yourself, “how do I make this more secure? This feels sketchy that anyone who gets my phone can take all my money — or, what happens if I lose my phone?!”

Agree. And I love Ledger and the people there. But man. Stax and Flex are a bit better than the NanoX. But still.

I know that if I ever need an extra one I can always use the one I gave my mom, because there’s no way she’s even opened the package- let alone set it up.
