US electric vehicle manufacturer @Tesla has commenced mass production of the revamped Model Y at its #Shanghai Gigafactory in the Lin-gang Special Area. Priced from 263,500 yuan ($36,264), this electric SUV boasts a new design inspired by the Cybertruck, faster acceleration, and an increased driving range. Deliveries will begin in late February 2025. Tesla is expanding its presence in Lin-gang Special Area, having launched its second plant Megafactory a week ago.
