Rednecks are awful online, but in person are actually surprisingly quite hospitable and friendly!
Farcaster users are 'nice' online, but in person are actually quite hostile and disturbed!
not all of course, but an acute observation i've made on online vs irl culture differences.. some cultures outsource warmth to physical space and hostility to discourse, others do the reverse. maybe because online culture rewards signaling vs offline culture rewards cohesion. i dunno~
