I promised to expose their "Secret Strategies." Let's dig in. 1. THE "BLACK BOX" PROBLEM Falcon claims to generate yield via "Institutional Trading Strategies." Translation: They take your collateral and trade with it. • The Risk: If these trades happen Off-chain (on CEXs), we are forced to trust humans, not Code. • DeFi Rule #1: "Don't Trust, Verify." If I can't see the trade on-chain, it’s just a "Trust Me Bro" dashboard. 2. THE "ALAMEDA" GHOST Remember Alameda Research? They were "Genius Traders" too... until the market moved against them. • If Falcon stays Delta Neutral (Hedging), it's safe. • But if they start taking Directional Bets (Gambling that price goes UP/DOWN) with user funds -> HUGE RED FLAG.
