It’s a bizarre feature of current crypto space … projects that actually have a business model that works and that also execute “are not that interesting.” Because executing to scale takes time and most people here don’t seem to have time to wait for good things to happen.

What happens here? Lab2094 is not a single project. It’s a working lab, where I do the work. From here, I publish and run: - BuildBetter Newsletter — practical essays on distribution, go-to-market, and durable growth (see /buildbetter) - BuildBetter Podcast — (formerly Web3Magic) regular conversations with founders and operators building the next internet (see /web3magic) - Project2094 — experiments in personal reinvention and life-long growth (link soon…) - Frameworks, systems, early-stage playbooks, cohorts, communities, and GTM sprints And I shouldn’t forget Independent work with select few. Some ideas stay as notes. Some become products, workshops, or long-term collaborations.
