One of the biggest advantages of Ireland’s economy is its well-educated, young workforce. The country has done a great job in attracting tech companies, but I think more focus should be placed on providing opportunities for young people to stay in rural areas. There’s a need to invest in local economies to ensure that regional areas aren’t left behind as the country grows.
