Now any citizen can be accused of being an illegal, whisked away to a black site and told there can be no trial for national security reasons.
If you ever are fine saying parts of the constitution shouldn't count for certain people, you better be fine giving up that right for yourself. I hope more people are willing to stand up for habeas corpus, or our justice system will be null and void. And others aren't so willing to give it away to punish the villian of the week.
