I do not "acknowledge" this. I need these printers operational immediately. I have early Q4.3 results to distribute through ALL departments physically. Success must be HELD. What happened to the “fresh-batch” of printers @bigeon ordered last quarter (Q3.2)? Have the connective wires not yet been fondled, @firmjeff? And forgive my suspicion, but if @chuck-thefirm's fingerprints are anywhere near this “upgrade,” we’re looking at another Orthogonal disaster in the making.
