Gm gm, for the past several months I had been working on a generative art project - phoools - that you might have seen around. I have been gearing up for the release - finally deployed it on @highlight - its an exploration of organic, gestural shapes with code. I was interested in the fact that if you take any 4-5 ellipses and rotated them around a circle, the resulting motif we all agree to call a flower across cultures, universally. math is abstraction at the root level, was able to derive tons and tons of variety with a single formula.
