Simple Chicken and Herb Salad
Ingredients:
- 200g chicken breast, cut into small pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for dressing)
- A handful of green onion, chopped
- A handful of fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: a pinch of paprika or chili powder (for extra flavor)
Instructions:
- Heat a dry non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and optional paprika or chili powder.
- Cook the chicken in the dry pan until golden and fully cooked (about 6-8 minutes). Let it cool slightly.
- In a bowl, mix the chopped green onion and dill.
- Add the warm chicken to the herbs.
- Drizzle with olive oil and toss gently.
- Serve and enjoy this light and flavorful salad!
