I've been in the trenches writing with chatgpt. Here are the things you need to eliminate to make it sound human:
No antithesis.
No corrective negation.
No paragraph pinning.
No parataxis.
No summary beats.
No rhetorical crutches.
If you want to use any of these, I'd add them in yourself when editing.
