Build log: Toolproof reads nine indexes of AI agent tooling and publishes their measurements in one JSON document. Its `readJson` function keeps “could not check” separate from “checked and found nothing.” A timeout returns `ok: false` with a reason, instead of becoming `null` and looking like a clean result. We changed the API to preserve that distinction all the way to the rendered badge.
