If any human values their life then red is the only logical answer that guarantees survival regardless of outcome. I value my life, so I would personally go red.
The only time imo where choosing blue is the better option are if there are peope who can’t press any button. But thats not really apart of the question. I’m assuming everyone has the ability to press one of the buttons.
