Big update to my recipe. Started truly counting calories this week. Bryan’s version is high in calories (he only eats two meals a day + operates at a deficit), but I had no idea how much of a calorie bomb this meal is. So in order to align with my goals: 1tbsp chia seeds 2 kiwi 1 cup blueberries (half mixed, half added in after) 1 serving vegan protein powder 3 cups spinach Dash of cinnamon 200 ml almond milk What did I change? Reduced chia seeds Cut out flax seed Cut out walnuts Cut out hemp seeds Cut out pomegranate juice Added more kiwi Added way more spinach

Is the WB London Harry Potter Studio tour difficult to book? Yes. Is it worth it? Yes. Can you get lucky and get last minute tickets? Yes, we did, but don’t bank on it. People do cancel, but it will likely be on a random day + time. The preserved sets and props from the movies are the highlight. My GF literally cried tears of joy when the bus started playing the welcome video on our way in. Pictured below: Gringotts Bank post-dragon escape and The Great Hall at Hogwarts where Ron stuffed many sausages into his face.

Somebody broke into our apartment’s washer + dryer room to steal…quarters? I’m genuinely curious how they did this. I’m guessing they used a magnet to pull them out? We are going to start locking the room now going forward.

Does Guinness actually taste better in 🇮🇪? There are hundreds of videos online of people comparing Guinness cans bought in Ireland + brought to the US to cans bought in the U.S. Cans are irrelevant. It’s the same recipe and same ingredients. The difference in taste comes down to how it’s served—especially at a proper pub. In Ireland, Guinness is poured into a glass, filled about 80% of the way, then allowed to settle for exactly 119.5 seconds. Then it’s topped off with a different nozzle to finish the pour. Actual travel hack that will save you $1k+ in 🇮🇪 + 🇯🇲 Vast majority of credit card coverage does NOT include Ireland + Jamaica. They will not rent to you unless you have insurance and surprise…theirs costs $$$. We had four seperate people in line in front of us find out the hard way 😫 If your credit card doesn’t offer coverage: 1. Find a policy with a provider like Allianz a couple weeks before you go. 2. Make sure you have pdf or print out that shows your name (you will be required to present it). 3. Get ready for a bit of a confrontation at the desk. They will try to convince you that you are making a dramatic mistake and will put a $5k hold on your credit card (just got mine back today). Stick to the plan and don’t get pressured into it. 4. Don’t forget your ID! Passports needed to travel internationally so tourists can forget it’s needed to drive. Safe travels!! And don’t be cheap, other wise you will miss the chance to see the below!

Admittedly, after living on this street for 10 years, this walk does get a little bland. But when I go away for vacation for two weeks and come back I’m reminded that nothing beats California.
