i have been digging into @CloberDEX lately, and honestly it’s one of the few DEXs that actually feels different. most DEXs today are AMM-based (Uniswap-style). You swap → you get whatever price the pool gives you → you deal with slippage. Clober isn’t that. It’s a fully on-chain order book. Real limit orders. Real price control. their matching engine is built on something they call LOBSTER, basically a segment-tree algorithm designed to make order-book trading efficient on-chain. faster matching + lower gas than typical on-chain order books. because of the order-book model, you can set exact buy and sell prices. If you want $X at a specific price, you get it. No “slippage tolerance” games. LPs don’t suffer impermanent loss here because liquidity isn’t trapped in AMM pools. Clober isn’t another AMM. it’s bringing the full limit-order experience into DeFi on-chain, gas-optimized, and way more precise for traders who want real control.
