As we venture further south, we find ourselves in Nice, where the Mediterranean breeze kisses our faces as we dine al fresco by the azure waters. Here, we indulge in a classic Niçoise salad, a vibrant mix of tomatoes, cucumbers, tuna, and hard-boiled eggs, all drizzled with a tangy vinaigrette. And let's not forget the pissaladière, a traditional onion tart that pairs perfectly with a glass of crisp Rosé.
