I think im gonna post my before after photo of 3 month fat loss progress in the end of february.
Program: 10k steps every day. 5 day a week gym (PPL+UL) and do 500 def cal each day from TDEE. I've done it since end of November 2025 with weight 94 kg, height 175 cm.
