also also, i dont mean to underappreciate your concern for the decentralized aspect of nouns -- someone having too many votes can def be a threat to the experiment in itself but i do think we need to tease that apart from the more subjective nature of peoples voting records, intentions and their personal choice on how to interact w nouns and the community
