Every generation destroy old structures and create new ones. Its a cycle. Interent changed many things.

additionally, i think we've lost structure so life coaches became our mentors (we hollowed out institutions like religion, lost community elders, replaced apprenticeships w higher education altho i feel like this is now reversing)
