3 stages of building a community that lasts:
stage 1 (0-100): manual outreach
talk to everyone, understand what they care about, make them feel valued. these early members become your biggest supporters, so it should be quality > quantity.
stage 2 (100-1000): create rituals
make the feel invite-only, create noise on x, host weekly spaces, inside jokes, exclusive channels & roles. give people reasons to show up beyond 'wen token.'
stage 3 (1000+): empower creators
your job is to make them create content. give tools, recognition, and ownership to sub-communities.
