Hong Kong style lunch - I took my significant other to try some Hong Kong style lunch and he thought it was delicious! This was the egg fried rice, sirloin steak, peppercorn sauce and a side of broccoli! It came on a hot plate! I appreciate how good the food was and how great the price point was for this wonderful meal! Hope everyone has enjoyed their Saturday!

Star Wars - Today I want to appreciate this movie franchise and the glory it has brought to many lives that have seen it! The Star Wars movies were so far ahead of their time and it’s fitting that today is May the 4th and May the 4th be with you if you too are a Star Wars fan! I bought myself some Lego that I plan to do with the significant other and also plan on having a movie marathon tonight! Hope you are all having a good start to the week! 😊

My dog Benji is my joy! Whether I’ve had a bad or good day, he always greets me with the same love and enthusiasm every day. He’s truly the best dog I could ever ask for and I am thankful for him! He brings me the Marie Kondo type of joy when you’re done tidying up your home 😋

McDonald’s McDouble - I had a shit day at work today. Got absolutely trashed by some super rude patients. They spat, punched and yelled profanities in my face. I obviously kept my cool but I needed to treat myself. I told myself I would refrain from eating McDonald’s but screw that. I had to indulge in a burger 🍔 and I’m so glad I did! I know it isn’t the healthiest option but I appreciate how quick and easy it is to get and eat and the taste is always the same. This may look like just a lonely burger, but today it was a life line today!
