In Turkish, we say “Kolay gelsin.”
It’s something you say to someone who is working.
Not “good luck”, not “well done”.
More like: “I see your effort, hope it goes gently.”
Most wishes are about time or results.
But “Kolay gelsin” is about effort. And it’s timeless.
Does your language have a phrase like this?
How do you say it?
