If you don't have X, here's the breakdown (which could be useful for future similar issues) :

The first thing you need to do is find your Parallel proxy contract. This is unique for each user, but you can find yours by digging back through your transaction history for your createAccount tx, or look at any Parallel interactions as most are routed through your proxy.

Note your proxy account address for later. We'll be executing a series of calls, so for this please stick with me as I throw a lot of data at you and ask you to simply write it down.

Grab your agreement ID. Head to the TimeLock contract on Etherscan: https://etherscan.io/address/0x15fa609e84905aff86f02a9e29c9cd887b311a0c#readProxyContract

Call the "agreementCount" read function. The number it returns is your agreement ID - note it down.

Now, navigate to your proxy address on Etherscan and go to the "Write as Proxy" tab.

You'll use the "executeBatch(address[],uint256[],bytes[])" function. Each param is an array, but we'll use singles.

For address[]: [0x6d596FdFD3381eBB5eCd526eBcAec8cC2BA019fF] (ParaCore contract)

For uint256[]: [0]

For bytes[]: This is the encoded "withdrawERC721(address,uint256[],address)" call. We'll encode it next.

To encode, visit https://abi.hashex.org

Function: withdrawERC721
Params:
address: Collection address
uint256[]: [your token ID(s), e.g., 1234 or 1234,5678]
address: Your wallet address (NOT proxy!)

Generate hex, prepend "0x", and use as bytes[] back on etherscan.

Hit "Write" and confirm the tx. This burns your Para derivative token and transfers the underlying asset to the TimeLock with a 1-block lock (~12 seconds).
