What’s Farstore, what’s Tipn, and how do tokens fit in? Farstore is a Farcaster App Store. Any mini app can be submitted to Farstore. This week, we will begin rolling out our appcoin protocol so that Farcaster apps can self-fund via app-specific tokens: appcoins. Our protocol token, $launcher, accrues appcoin trading fees and uses those fees to perform token buybacks. Tipn is our like-to-tip micropayments app. As a bootstrapped Farcaster product, we are dogfooding our protocol with the $tipn appcoin launch. We'll be in the arena, learning, iterating and ultimately paving a path for other founders to use the protocol to fund their apps. Expect updates on both from us simultaneously. Gm!
