there's a phrase in Zoroastrianism: good thoughts, good words, good deeds... how things starts in the mind and translate into reality. lately i started saying "retard" casually / pejoratively. I've noticed more broadly my mind has been reacting like ragebait. for that and for obvious reasons, im going to stop.
