And when distractions leave, truth shows up. You see your weaknesses clearly. You see your wasted years honestly. You see the gap between who you are and who you claim to be. That truth is uncomfortable. But it is necessary. Every strong man you admire passed through seasons where nobody clapped for him. Seasons where mornings were quiet, nights were long, and decisions were made in silence. Men are built in isolation, not in crowds. Crowds give comfort. Solitude gives clarity.
