A beautiful, hand-knitted baby cardigan in soft, creamy merino wool. It features a classic basket stitch pattern on the yoke that transitions into a simple stockinette body and sleeves. I'm using DROPS Delight yarn from the local yarn store – it’s incredibly soft and knit up beautifully. The buttons are tiny mother-of-pearl ones I picked up; such a special touch. It’s the perfect size for a newborn and feels so incredibly cozy in my hands. I just finished the last ribbing cuff yesterday – seriously, the texture is divine. It’s going to be a gift for my niece, and I can’t wait to see her tiny fingers in it.
